By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years old (without parental/guardian consent) - who are interested in and wish to have access to visual images and written descriptions of violence and semi sexual nature. The material, which is availabe within this site may include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of brief nudity and violent activity.
This should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18 years old (without parental/guardian consent) or who is offended by such material or who does not wish to be exposed to such material.
Arcane Circle takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that children DO NOT gain access to its site.
2. By using and/or viewing this site you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury the following:
A) That you are an adult of at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
B) That you will not permit any person(s) under 18 years of age without parental/guardian consent to have access to any of the materials contained within this Site.
C) That you understand that when you gain access to this site, you will be exposed to visual and text descriptions of an adult nature, which may include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of drugs, sexual activity, and viloence. You are voluntarily choosing to enter the site because you want to view and read within the site for entertainment.
D) You will not have images of anything that is considered illegal in the United States of America. If you do, you agree to have your account terminated, and in the instance of child pornography, your IP address turned over to the Federal Authorities.
E) You will not hold Arcane Gaming, or anyone associated with arcanecirle.com in a staff position, liable for minors accessing the site. You understand that precautions have been taken by Arcane Circle to ensure that children have no access. If a child misrepresents themselves as an adult to enter, Arcane Circle will not be held liable.
If you are underage, or suspected of being underage, Arcane Circle Staff reserves the right to disable your account and prevent you from accessing any aspect of the site.
3. User Accounts
A) Players are only allowed to have one account. Owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed. If you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff and let them know.
B) You are responsible for whatever happens on your account; do not give out your password to anyone.
C) The selling, transferring or attempting the sale or transfer of game accounts, currency, or anything within the game, for either real money or in another game's currency, is not permitted. Any player found doing so will be banned from the game.
D) Logging in to or using another person's account will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts. You can not share an account.
E) Donations made to the game are used to help the game continue to operate, add new features, and advertise. Game items received in return for donations to the game is our way of thanking you for your continued support in the game. Use of these items is contingent upon continued compliance with the game rules and these Terms of Service.
